Heavy Duty Top (HDT™) Anti Fatigue Mats

HDT- (Heavy Duty Top) Anti Fatigue was developed to give assembly line personnel a mat that stools or chairs with casters could be used on.
The top surface of HDT-Anti Fatigue is made from the same exceptionally durable compound as our Diamond Plate product except it is 3/16” thick with a smooth surface.
This puncture-proof surface material combined with our closed-cell polymeric sponge base creates a mat to withstand the most rigorous commercial environments. Cart Traffic and Floor Scrubbers.
HDT-Anti Fatigue Mats are available in two gauges 9/16” and 1” thick. Both versions are available in stock mats of 2’ x 3’ and 3’ x 5’ or custom sizes from 24”, 36”, and 48”, widths.
Edges of sponge base will be beveled to within 1.5” of the top surface to effectively taper the edges of the surface to the floor and create a visibly molded incline around the mat’s perimeter.
