Class 1 matting is 3/16” thick and tested to
- Dielectric test voltage 20,000 VAC
- Proof tested over the entire surface at 10,000 VAC
- Recommended maximum use voltage 7,500 VAC

Class 2 matting is 1/4” thick and is tested to
- Dielectric test voltage 30,000 VAC
- Proof tested over the entire surface at 20,000 VAC
- Recommended maximum use voltage 17,000 VAC

Class 3 matting is 3/8” thick and tested to
- Dielectric test voltage 40,000 VAC
- Proof tested over the entire surface at 30,000 VAC
- Recommended maximum use voltage 26,500 VAC

Class 4 matting is 1/2” thick and tested to
- Dielectric test voltage 50,000 VAC
- Proof tested over the entire surface at 40,000 VAC
- Recommended maximum use voltage 36,500 VAC
Class 1, 2, and 3 are available in 25-yard rolls or custom cut to specified lengths, while Class 4 matting is sold in 10-yard rolls only. The corrugated surface is available on all gauges, and a Diamond surface pattern is available on Class 2 Color Black.
